Frequently Asked Questions
What are fitting times?
We have multiple fitting teams on the road at all times. Therefore, if your carpet is from stock ranges, it can be with a week or two. However, if we have to order in from suppliers, this can be longer. Generally stock is with us within 5-7 working days and then we can book your fitting date but if a supplier is out of stock, we will be governed by their timescales. You will always be alerted when this happens.
Do you use your own fitters?
Our fitting teams are mix of employed and self employed teams. However, all of our teams work for us and themselves exclusively.
Do you offer an estimating or measuring service?
Yes, we will come out to your property and measure up. We can bring samples with us to select from in your own location or you can come to the store before or after the measure to select your flooring. This service is free of charge.
Do you keep my measurements on file?
We use a third party measuring service for storing floor plans. These plans are kept on our system and will be accessible at any time. These plans contain no personal information.
Do you offer finance?
For orders over £1,000, we have finance offers in place through Kanda. The options available are 10 months interest free or 3-5 years interest bearing. These offers are made subject to status and we have no control over acceptance.
Can you price match?
Provided we have an official written quote and we are able to determine the flooring quoted for, we can normally beat any official quote. However, in some occasions, ranges are renamed by the stores and this can make it harder to offer a direct like for like quote. In these instances, we will offer likely alternatives.
